Víctor was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 2005. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico. Before law school he completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Mayagüez Campus of the University of Puerto Rico.
Mr. Martínez worked for 20 years for private companies in Puerto Rico, like AT&T Mobility and GFR Media. Then he worked as a solo practitioner in San Juan, dedicated to Immigration Law and Small and Medium Businesses.
He is an experienced attorney with strong business acumen and effective negotiating skills. He enjoys all parts of the legal process, specially case evaluation, client interview, and case strategy definition. He relies on an experienced team of dedicated people in order to provide the best immigration services and ensure client satisfaction. Víctor is a member of Puerto Rico Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Puerto Rico – CAAPR) and is fluent in Spanish and English.
