Getting to Know Our Law Firm

Serving Immigrants, Inc. is a full service, dynamic law firm that specializes in helping immigrants and their loved ones with a wide range of different legal situations.  This often starts with assisting individuals and families through the immigration process. Attorney Magdalena Cuprys came to the United States as a refugee herself and eventually became a naturalized United States citizen, so she has extensive personal experience working through the immigration process.  Ms. Cuprys’ personal experience as a refugee and immigrant is what inspired her to focus her law firm on helping other immigrants realize their goals and their American dream. Beyond the specifically immigration-related cases, we also help with criminal defense, personal injury law, estate planning, family law, and more as we have a network of attorneys we work with inside and outside our physical office.

Serving Immigrants, Inc. currently has offices in Miami and Clewiston, Florida, San Miguel de Allende and Tulum, Mexico and represents clients all over the United States and all over the world.  We take the time to listen to our clients so we can better understand their situation and craft the exact legal representation they need. Michelle Erazo

I often like to think of myself as a dedicated, hardworking and passionate individual. I was born in Miami, Florida by two immigrant parents who came to the United States from Honduras in 1994. They strived to give my younger brother and I a better life. Seeing my parents go through the trials and tribulations of being an immigrant made me a humble but very hard-working individual. During my senior year of high school, I discovered that criminal justice is a passion of mine. Helping those who have little to no knowledge on how our legal system works is a reward within itself. Growing up my parents did not know how this system worked and struggled to do things the correct way. Always being relied on for help by my parents made me passionate in helping others in any legal documents or legal proceedings. I went on to get an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and continue to work on furthering my education. I strive to be one of the best attorneys in Miami-Dade County.
